1. INTRODUCTION
The Website is owned, managed, and operated by Belleza Rohini Hair Transplant Clinic, a sole proprietorship concern owned by Mr. Vishal Chauhan, having its place of business at Delhi, India.
In addition to the Website, the Clinic is in the process of developing a mobile application (the “App”). All references in these Terms to the “Website”, “Platform”, or “Services” shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include both the Website and the App, once launched.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Belleza Rohini Hair Transplant Clinic. The Terms govern and regulate your access to, browsing of, and use of the Website and App, including but not limited to all information, services, features, forms, tools, content, communications, and functionalities made available through or in connection with the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the Platform.
The Clinic reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- “Clinic” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” shall mean Belleza Rohini Hair Transplant Clinic, a sole proprietorship concern owned by Mr. Vishal Chauhan, including its doctors, staff, representatives, and authorized personnel.
- “User” / “You” / “Your” shall mean any individual, patient, visitor, or entity who accesses, browses, visits, registers on, or uses the Website and/or the mobile application (“App”), and any of the Services provided thereon, whether registered or unregistered.
- “Services” shall include, without limitation, informational content relating to hair transplant and hair restoration procedures, appointment booking facilities, enquiry and consultation request forms, administrative tools, communication features, payment-related functionalities, and any other services made available through the Website and/or the App from time to time.
- “Platform” shall collectively refer to the Website and the App, including all related digital interfaces operated by the Clinic.
- “Website” shall mean https://bellezarohini.com and shall also include and refer to the official mobile application of Belleza Rohini Hair Transplant Clinic (whether available on Android, iOS, or any other operating system), together with all webpages, subdomains, software, text, images, graphics, forms, features, and digital interfaces operated by the Clinic, whether existing now or developed in the future
- “App” shall mean Belleza Rohini, the official mobile application of Belleza Rohini Hair Transplant Clinic, whether available on Android, iOS, or any other operating system, including all features, content, and services offered therein, once launched.
- “Personal Information” shall mean any information provided by a User to the Clinic through the Platform, including but not limited to name, contact details, email address, phone number, medical-related information, and uploaded photographs or images, whether provided directly or indirectly.
3. INTERPRETATION
The headings and titles used in these Terms are for convenience and reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision herein.
Unless the context otherwise requires:
- Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa
- Words importing any gender shall include all genders;
- References to a “person” shall include an individual, firm, company, association, or legal entity.
Any reference to any law, statute, regulation, or enactment shall be deemed to include references to such law as amended, modified, re-enacted, or replaced from time to time.
4. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
4.1 SCOPE
The Website and Mobile Application is designed and intended solely to provide general information, facilitate appointment scheduling, enable enquiry submissions, and support administrative and communication-related functions in relation to the services offered by Belleza Clinic.
The content available on the Website and Mobile Application, including text, images, videos, responses to enquiries, and other materials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Website and Mobile Application does not offer, and shall not be construed as offering, any form of medical diagnosis, medical advice, prescription, or treatment recommendation through online means.
Users expressly acknowledge that:
- Any medical guidance or treatment plan can only be finalized after a physical, in-person medical examination by a qualified medical professional at the Clinic; and
- Reliance solely on Website and Mobile Application content or online communication for medical decision-making is done entirely at the User’s own risk.
4.2 Eligibility
Use of the Website and Mobile Application and its Services is permitted only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
If a User is below the age of 18 years, access to and use of the Website and Mobile Application shall only be permitted under the supervision, consent, and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms on behalf of the minor.
The Clinic reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website and Mobile Application if it is discovered that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements.
4.3 Electronic Communication
By accessing the Website and Mobile Application, submitting enquiry forms, booking appointments, or otherwise providing contact details, the User expressly consents to receive communications from the Clinic in electronic form.
Such communications may include, without limitation:
- Emails
- Phone calls
- SMS messages
- WhatsApp messages
These communications may relate to appointment confirmations, consultations, follow-ups, medical coordination, payment processing, reminders, administrative matters, and service-related information.
The User acknowledges that such electronic communications shall be deemed valid and legally binding, and agrees that the Clinic shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or non-receipt of communication due to incorrect contact details or technical issues.
5. MODIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES
The Clinic reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website and Mobile Application or the Services offered thereon, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.
The Clinic shall not be liable to any User or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Website and Mobile Application or Services, including loss of data, appointments, or access.
Continued use of the Website and Mobile Application after any changes shall constitute acceptance of such modifications
6. ACCOUNT
Certain features of the Website and Mobile Application may require Users to submit personal information or create an account to access specific functionalities.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or form submission;
- Maintain and promptly update such information to ensure accuracy; and

7. PAYMENT AND ORDERS
Payments for consultations, procedures, or related services may be made through:
- One-time full payment, or
- Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) options, where available and approved by third-party financial institutions.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- If a patient is found medically unfit for surgery, including due to diabetes or any other health condition, the Clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the procedure in the interest of patient safety, and any refund shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
- If a patient voluntarily cancels the surgery at the last moment, any refund, if applicable, shall be subject to administrative, operational, and processing deductions.
- For EMI-based procedures, the EMI loan may be cancelled; however, any down payment made shall be strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
- All eligible refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and processing timelines.
The Clinic shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- All content available on the Website and Mobile Application is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical or professional advice
- Medical and cosmetic treatment outcomes vary significantly from person to person based on individual health conditions, genetic factors, lifestyle, and compliance with medical advice.
- Submission of an enquiry, booking of an appointment, or making a payment does not guarantee eligibility, suitability, or approval for any medical procedure
Final decisions regarding treatment shall be taken solely at the discretion of the Clinic’s medical professionals after appropriate evaluation.
9. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION
The Website and Mobile Application is owned, controlled, and operated from India, and the Services are intended primarily for users located within India.
The Clinic makes no representation or warranty that the content, information, or Services available on the Website and Mobile Application are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in jurisdictions outside India. Access to the Website and Mobile Application from territories where the content or Services may be illegal, restricted, or prohibited is strictly at the User’s own initiative and risk.
Users accessing the Website and Mobile Application from outside India are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and medical or advertising standards of their respective jurisdictions. 10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

13. MEDICAL CONSULTATION & NO ONLINE DIAGNOSIS
All information, responses, and guidance provided through the Website and Mobile Application, including via enquiries, WhatsApp, email, uploaded photographs, or telephonic discussions, are preliminary and informational only.
No online interaction shall be considered:
- A medical diagnosis
- A substitute for physical examination
- A confirmation of surgical eligibility
Final treatment decisions shall be made only after in-person medical evaluation at the Clinic.
14. TREATMENT RESULTS & OUTCOME VARIABILITY
Hair transplant and hair restoration results depend on individual factors, including medical condition, age, genetics, lifestyle, post-procedure care, and compliance with medical advice.
The Clinic does not guarantee any specific density, coverage, growth rate, or cosmetic outcome.
15. PATIENT IMAGES, PHOTOGRAPHS & MEDICAL RECORDS
By uploading scalp photographs or treatment images, you confirm that:
- The images belong to you or you have lawful authority to share them
- You consent to their use strictly for medical assessment, progress tracking, and internal clinical evaluation
Such images shall not be used for marketing or publication without explicit written consent.
16. POST-PROCEDURE CARE & PATIENT COMPLIANCE
The User acknowledges that the success of any medical or cosmetic procedure depends substantially on the User’s compliance with post-procedure care instructions provided by the Clinic.
Such compliance includes, without limitation:
- Taking prescribed medications as directed
- Maintaining proper hygiene and wound care
- Following dietary and lifestyle recommendations
- Avoiding restricted activities during the recovery period
- Attending scheduled follow-up visits and consultations
The Clinic shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Complications, infections, delayed healing, or adverse outcomes
- Unsatisfactory or suboptimal results arising due to non-compliance, self-medication, deviation from medical advice, or failure to attend follow-up appointments.
17. MEDICAL FITNESS, DISCLOSURE & RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT
Users seeking consultation or treatment are under a legal and ethical obligation to truthfully and completely disclose all relevant medical information, including but not limited to:
- Diabetes, hypertension, or cardiac conditions
- Autoimmune disorders or chronic illnesses
- Allergies, ongoing medications, or prior surgeries
- Substance use, smoking, alcohol consumption, or addictions
The Clinic reserves the absolute and unconditional right, in the interest of patient safety and medical ethics, to:
- Refuse treatment
- Postpone surgery
- Cancel a scheduled procedure
if the patient is found medically unfit or if proceeding with treatment may pose a risk to the patient’s health or life.
In such cases, the Clinic’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to processing refunds in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
18. NO RESPONSIBILITY
The Clinic does not warrant that the Website and Mobile Application shall operate without interruption, delay, or error at all times.
The Clinic shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Technical issues, system failures, or server downtime
- Data transmission delays or communication failures
- Loss of access due to maintenance, upgrades, or external technical factors
Users acknowledge that access to the Website and Mobile Application may be temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Clinic’s reasonable control.

21. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The information, content, descriptions, and materials provided on the Website and Mobile Application may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to those relating to service descriptions, procedural information, pricing, availability, timelines, or general guidance
The Clinic does not warrant that all information on the Website and Mobile Application is complete, accurate, current, or error-free at all times. The Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct, update, modify, or remove any information, content, or material on the Website and Mobile Application at any time without prior notice and without any obligation to inform Users of such changes.

24. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belleza Clinic, its proprietors, doctors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Website and Mobile Application or Services;
- Your breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Any content or information submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by you through the Website and Mobile Application.
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms
25. MISCELLANEOUS
25.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority of law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired in any manner
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall be interpreted so as to best give effect to the original intent of the parties.
25.2 Termination
The Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s access to the Website and Mobile Application or Services, in whole or in part, if the User:
- Violates or breaches any provision of these Terms;
- Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct;
- Misuses the Website and Mobile Application or interferes with its security or operation; or
- Acts in a manner that may cause harm, liability, or reputational damage to the Clinic.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination or suspension of access for any reason:
- All rights, permissions, and licenses granted to the User under these Terms shall immediately cease;
- The User shall no longer be entitled to access or use the Website and Mobile Application or Services; and
- Termination shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies available to the Clinic under law or equity.
25.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or notices referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Clinic with respect to access to and use of the Website and Mobile Application.
These Terms supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
26. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website and Mobile Application, or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions
If the dispute is not resolved amicably within a reasonable period, the same shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall:
- Be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties;
- Be seated and conducted in Delhi, India;
- Be conducted in the English language; and
- The arbitral award shall be final, binding, and enforceable upon the parties.
27. GOVERNING LAWS
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising under or in connection with these Terms.
28. FORCE MAJEURE
The Clinic shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or extreme weather conditions
- Government orders, regulations, lockdowns, or restrictions
- War, civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Power outages, internet failures, server disruptions, or technical malfunctions
Performance shall be deemed suspended for the duration of such Force Majeure event, without any liability on the Clinic.
29. ASSIGNMENT
Users shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any of their rights or obligations under these Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Clinic.
The Clinic reserves the unrestricted right to assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice or consent, including in the event of restructuring, transfer of business, or change in ownership.
